94 Days - Cork Hunger Strike 1920

A multi-media expansion of two of Independence Museum Kilmurry major contributions to the Decade of Centenaries; a series of Terence MacSwiney Weekends given over to series of lectures and events commemorating the life and death of the  martyred Lord Mayor of Cork, Terence MacSwiney and the contribution of his family to the struggle for Irish indepencence, and a major research project on the 1920 Cork (and Brixton Prison) hunger strike in which he died. This project showcases these earlier contributions, a book "94 DAYS" and an exhibition of the same name as well as ongoing research.
